You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jp77 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. jp77 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your jp77 account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact jp77 support immediately via live chat.
jp77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, failure to complete identity verification, or any activity that jp77 reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players.
jp77 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your jp77 account balance instantly. Bank transfer deposits are processed within a few minutes during standard banking hours. jp77 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
All funds deposited into your jp77 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. jp77 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
The minimum withdrawal amount from jp77 is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within one to three hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to two business days. jp77 does not charge fees on standard withdrawal transactions.
jp77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed until all applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been satisfied. jp77 may impose withdrawal limits on individual accounts at its discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns or suspected bonus abuse is detected.
All transactions on the jp77 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jp77 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees incurred through your payment provider are your sole responsibility.
jp77 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Filipino holidays and events. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds credited to your jp77 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means that the total bonus amount must be wagered twenty times before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. jp77 reserves the right to specify which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage.

Where bonus abuse is detected, jp77 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and suspend the player's account.
All bonuses credited to a jp77 account are subject to an expiry period as specified in the relevant promotion. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically. jp77 is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the terms stated at the time the bonus was issued.
All bets placed on the jp77 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. jp77 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, placed on a market that was incorrectly priced due to a technical error, or placed in circumstances that jp77 reasonably believes constitute an attempt to exploit a system error or pricing mistake.
For sports betting markets, jp77 follows standard industry rules for the settlement of bets. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, jp77's decision — based on official results from recognized governing bodies — shall be final. For casino games, the outcome determined by the certified RNG or live dealer shall be final and binding.
jp77 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any game, market, or player account at its sole discretion. Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game or betting market interface.

jp77 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jp77 shall not be liable for any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond jp77's reasonable control, including force majeure events such as natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures.
jp77's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
